From our experience, every company had issues they tackled with more difficulty. This is a problem many of you are already well aware of and that’s internal communication. Take for example the management and operations departments and let’s say they’re having difficulties achieving their KPIs. Operations blame incomplete or faulty directives from management. But management, despite their best efforts, can’t provide them with the support they need because they don’t know what’s precisely going on in operations. This leads to a feedback loop of faulty communication, poor solutions and more potential holes and exploits in infrastructure than a block of swiss cheese. So, why not cut the problem off at the stem before it becomes an unstoppable spiral?
But, how do we do this? Enabling communication isn’t easy, especially between fields whose expertise doesn’t match. Starting from this problem, we developed the connection between management and operations, setting up clear paths of communication with little to no room for misunderstandings. But why stop there? We brainstormed and decided that instead of making a simplified system, we can make something truly unique that could help a lot of businesses and people overcome the chaos of communication to reach their full potential.
We are a small gathering of eager, passionate problem-solvers. Based in the future gem of Serbia’s IT development, the city of Nis, we take great pride in our grass-roots beginnings and the city’s intellectually rich and capable youths that make the cornerstones of our enterprise. Our CEO recognized this and put in the effort to develop the rough-and-tumbled diamonds she found here, creating a team of experts and amplifying their drive for new heights.
She’s the heart and soul of the project, the main think-tank behind this progressive enterprise. Her experience with the IT industry came from being a member of several consultation teams through the years for IT Operations across several different companies, she saw the best and the worst the industry had to offer. This experience gave her insights into the predominant weaknesses of inter-departmental communication which she later used to form The Cogpit.
Gathering a ragtag team of locally-sourced experts, she laid the groundwork for teamwork, and with diligence and dedication, made this monument to our collective effort and ingenuity a reality.
He's responsible for our web content and is the primary source of creative marketing displays on our website. Working with us since the project’s inception back in December of 2023, he’s provided invaluable support and creativity but because of finishing his IT degree in the Academy of IT Studies, he couldn’t become an official member of the team until May 2024. Since then he approached our enterprise with great excitement and energy, often quoted as saying: “I love a good challenge.”
A prodigious engineer from Denmark, Sebastian is one of our main creatives who suggested we further develop our product for universal integration, offering insights in dataflow and internal API functionality which may have slipped us by if we didn’t have him on our team. Methodical, focused and no stranger to light-hearted humor, he’s proven invaluable in all aspects of production while some of his greatest strengths being in back-end API functionality.
Our most veteran developer and advisor in direct design and project implementation, he was the lead developer behind our multi-modular cloud-hosted software. He took on himself to mentor junior developers in the past, but decided he wanted a bigger, better challenge, for which we have nothing but gratitude.
Vanja brought over a decade of experience in design, 2D and 3D animation, and development to our enterprise. From crafting sleek visuals to providing code with seamless functionality, he wore many hats during development. His background in classical animation and modern design helped ensure that every detail aligned with the team’s shared vision. Whether it was bringing a concept to life with animations or tweaking designs with pixel-perfect precision, he worked to deliver a user-friendly website that artfully merges creativity with innovative technical design.
Our lead designer in regard to front-end customer accessibility and web content. Diligent, hard-working and resourceful beyond his years, his team spirit helped us ensure a well-crafted experience for our users. Beyond this, his quick-wit helped us out of a number of slumps during project implementation.
Our head application tester for both alpha and beta phases of our project, he presented an early client-side view and helped us correct our workflow to better meet quality standards of tomorrow, as well as ensuring customer happiness of today. Since finishing with his first role of project testing, he showed an interest in further supporting us and our clients, so he stayed on full-time and we couldn’t be happier to have him on board.
Capable, patient and responsible, he’s worked for about 10 years in the IT industry in many roles, but found communications to be his calling. A versatile and skilled member of our team, his guidance helped us overcome many hurdles in production and he’s proven an invaluable asset in ensuring communication flows smoothly. He’s taken up Customer Experience as a way to transfer his attributes to the forefront, where customer relations and communication can best flourish.
He’s our IT Support Specialist known for efficiently handling technical issues and delivering top-notch customer service. When hiring our support, we sought seamless operations and optimal performance which he delivers in spades. His apparent easygoing attitude is firmly held up by an analytical and empathetic mindset, making him the perfect fit for our team.
